I really like the watercolor paper from Ranger. Good quality and it’s white, not creme. The bird is also stamped on the same paper and colored with watercolors.

Jag kan varmt rekommendera akvarellpapperet från Ranger. Bra kvalitet och så är det VITT. Många akvarellpapper är lite blekgula och det är inte alltid man vill ha det. Den galna pippin från Tim Holtz är oxå stämplad på akvarellpapper och målad med akvarell.

I go for green today! I love the beauty of a clean card. The background is made with 4 different green distress inks. Then the bird and sentense is stamped on top with black ink pad. To frame it I draw a line with a black thin marker. And yes – I used a ruler!

Stora läckra stämplar som är perfekt för dig som gör mkt mixed media. Många nya stämplar väntas efter nyår så håll utkik om du gillar deras stil. Här har jag använt mig av fyra olika nyanser grön distress ink för att färga in bakgrunden och sedan stämplat motiv och text i svart ovanpå. Inte svårare än så.

Hi! It’s wednesday again and I’ve tried a new (for me!) fun technique with faux metallic look. I’ve seen this at Jennifer McGuire and you’ll find a video over there how to make this backgrounds. Easy done with distress inks, mica powder and an embossing folder.
The beautiful bird image is named Behind every Mask, and I love that it almost become a face with those eyes. The sentense is coming with the bird, in the same set.

Ett kort där jag testat en för mig ny teknik med att göra “falsk metall”. Jag såg det hos Jennifer McGuire och ville testa. Ganska enkelt, även om min embossingfolder ville göra lite väl djupa avtryck, det var nästan så papperet gick sönder.
Den läckra fågelstämpeln och texten är från Visible Image.
