KKS – release December 9th

We’re back with Day TWO of our December Krafty Peeks for the NEW Release at Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps!
kraftinkimmie-50h-inkywings-2015

On this card I’ve stamped in melted embossing powder! I added several layer of embossing powder, and when it was thick enough I pressed my stamp in there and let it sit there, until the piece was cool. DO NOT try to remove it right away! It just takes about 30 sek to 1 minute to wait, and if you don’t – it will just be a mess… lol. I needed to see if it worked well to do this with the clear stamps as well, and it really does! Didn’t seem to harm the stamp, but please be careful, and don’t do it if you don’t want to ruin your favorite stamp.

How much did you LOVE the little nerdy chemistry set from yesterday? Well today we have another incredible set by artist, Becky Pearce. I think you’re probably getting the idea that this month is all about LOVE!
The set we are sharing today is a GORGEOUS new sentiment set filled with sweet phrases and a wonderful combination of swirly fonts. And it’s called LOVE STORY SENTIMENTS.
The set features EIGHT amazing sentiments that can be used as the focal point of your creations or they can be an addition to another image and also for the insides of your handcrafted cards.

  1. I have not done a metal stamp in a while thanks for reminding me of the possibilities

  2. Such a creative (and brave) way to use your stamps and embossing powders. I think I will try this out. LOVE the end result ?
