Christmas lollipop – for Visible Image

Christmas lollipop – for Visible Image

Hi! Today I decided to go real sweet (cute)!
I’ve made a lollipop card. Easy to do with a paper straw and some fantasy on top. I’ve used the BIG Merry Christmas stamp on this one, and embossed the words with Platinum embossing powder. Die cutted the parts and two extra for the backside. Forgot to take a picture on the backside, but it’s only a white circle there in the middle so I can write a message if I like to. I did a double bow and attached a charm to it and then decorated with some bling around the circle.

White Christmas – for Visible Image

White Christmas – for Visible Image

I’m back to Christmas again. Just love to make christmas card this time of the year. It starts to build up the right atmosphere before the “big day”.
The background is made by masking of a square and then add a few different colors of distress ink. I’ve used three different blue, but then I decided to add some pink in the middle at the end. On top of the ink I brushed a small amount of white/clear mica powder. Then I stamped the tree from Rockin’ Around set with black Versa Fine ink pad. Dried it a bit and the brushed on some gold mica powder. It sets even after a while since the ink dry very slow. Brushed of the excess powder.

The sentense from White Christmas set is stamped with the same ink pad but now on a piece of Vellum. Here the ink dries even slower so I heated it for a while, and then brushed on some blue mica powder on top to coordinate with the blue background. Mounted it on a card base and finally added some bling at the tree.

Merry Christmas – for Visible Image

Merry Christmas – for Visible Image

Now when we soon turning the page over to November I can start feel the christmas vibes. No feeling outside yet though, but I don’t mind over that. We get snow over here so it will be more then enough anyway. We’ll also get the freezing cold temperatures for a way to long period.
Today I’ve used Alice in Wonderland and made her a little bit more christmas-ish then usual. The magic drink she has will probably turn you into Santa or something… who knows. The big word Merry Christmas in the background is stamped with Versa Mark (no color embossing ink) direct on the Kraft Cardstock base. Alice is cut out and mounted on 3D foam to get a bit dimension.

Autumn Colors – for Visible Image

Autumn Colors – for Visible Image

I think this will be the last card with autumn theme for this season. The bright beautiful colors are gone and leaves are on the ground and most of the nature are turning brown-ish. Sad thing. Now it will be dark and boring until we get some snow that lighten things up.

I’ve used the kit Colours of the Wind on my card. I colored the leaf up with rainbow inkpads and misted with some water before I stamped it on a watercolor paper. Then I inked up part by part of the word stamp and stamped on the side. Decorated with some bling and sequins and splattered some black dots all over for dimension.

The Butterfly INKognito is stamped with pink distress in twice and then with black ink on top. The sentense is named Take the Moment, and it’s actually one part of the set. To keep it clean I’ve just added a few bling (pearls) in diagonal corners as embellishments.
