Hello Summer

I don’t know, but I’m still waiting to call out the “Hello Summer” over here… not much of a summer we had so far, and now it’s in the last roll before turning over to fall… Lets just hope it will be a wonderful fall to make up with this stinky summer. OK, we had pretty much sun, happy for that, but it’s been much colder then normal.

I colored up these bathing ladies from Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps a while ago Live at Facebook, and here are my cards made with them. Two simular cards.

Faktum är att jag väntar fortfarande på att få skrika Hallå Sommar! Typ lite så… eftesom det inte riktigt har varit nån sommarvärme att prata om sådär så man verkligen känner att man önskar en dag med lite regn och svalare väder så man får gå in och hämta andan lite. Nä, det har varit en kall sommar (förutom några enstaka dagar då man faktiskt lyckades svettas lite) och att sitta ute och mysa på kvällarna har krävt både filt och kofta innan man huttrat och sprungit in igen. Liiiite trist kan jag känna. Nu sjunger sommaren på sista versen eftersom vi klivit in i Augusti, men vi får väl hålla tummarna för en riktigt fin och varm höst istället så kanske det väger upp lite.

Idag bjuder jag på två kort med motiv från Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps. Motivet målade jag i en Livesändning på Facebook för ett tag sedan och nu har dom alltså hamnat på mina kort. Nästan lika, men ändå lite olika…

Another challenge this week at Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps!


This time we go for Circles! I’ve used a big one to cut out my image, and then there’s lots of circles on the paper. *smile*

This is also my last post for Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps. I’ve decided to step down from the team. It has bee a wonderful time of more then two years and I’ve loved every bit of it. It’s hard since I will miss my team mates very much, but I need to free some time for other stuff. Right now Kimmie has a call for guest DT so go give it a try! Deadline June 30th!

Now back to the midsummer celebrating here in Sweden. In our village we raise the maypole tonight and dance around it like the small frogs…. ROFL silly country, yeah!

And with one of my first cards for Kraftin’ Kimmie I’m waving BYE!! It fits very well right now since this image just been re-released!! YEAH!! Scoop it up in the shop. :)

It kind of fit the theme for this challenge too, since it’s full of “circles”. :)

It’s time for a Krafty Komeback!

I’ve used the old rubber version of Brigitte on my card, you can see the image is slightly updated in the new version. The sentense is from a set called Floating Fiona.

As you know, lots of Krafin’ Kimmies rubber stamp sets have long retired and are not available for purchase anymore. Well, we’ve decided to switch some things up and rerelease a few of your faves in clear! And today we’re announcing a new one.
This wonderful stamp set features one of our most popular images from artist Annie Rodrigue. She looks so relaxed soaking in that sumptuous bubble bath.

I’ve colored my image with no lines, even though I said before I would never do it again… lol. Shouldn’t say that. I liked it on this image. Background is made by just swirling distress ink through the die after I cut the oval. Then I dripped some water on it and dried.

Our theme this month is at the BEACH. Today we are sharing previews featuring a set that I KNOW will help you take your selfie to the beach. We’re so excited to share the new set of images by artist Emilie Goulet called SANDY TOES.
